I don't know about warren's church,but my church is small and poorer-my pastor doesn't get paid every month (his wife has a good job). i do know my church gives money and food/clothing to those in need. Helps pay for funerals,medical bills, etc.

I wish the article didn't call him a just a "worker"-like the bell ringers or Salvation Army store clerks. To be a major in the Salvation Army is to have gone to their officer school and to be a pastor or be in charge of some large operation. You have to really earn that title of major.

I had 3 children-to annoy the zero population people. They are all girls,too-to spit in the eye of the Chinese. The Quiverfull people are very,very,weird to even a Christian like me.

I am a landlady-I allow renters to have pets. I base it on the size on the rental and whether or not there is is a yard. Even in my apartment buildings there are roomy patios for a pet to stretch out. Some breeds are not allowed by my insurer,though.
Should insurance companies be allowed to deny coverage based on weight?

My second daughter was a very big baby,too-all breast milk until age six months-looked like the Michelin tire man. I was skinny,too-so I wasn't eating an unhealthy diet.

1. My family did own one slave back around 1778-they later freed him and he hung around as their employee-that is part of a rather famous ancestor's background 2. being that this ancestor's family was from England-they were once under Roman rule

My father went to Vietnam in 1968 when I was 11. (he was 33 years old) It helped to be living in my parents hometown that year-both grandmas were there,lots of other relatives,too. He came back; we were all happy to be going on to his next duty station (Hawaii).
